Maintaining your mental health and wellbeing is important at any time of the day! We want all Australians to stay well, even when they cannot reach us here at Life Resolutions.

Our Director Jodie Brenton aims to make counselling accessible, no matter your circumstances. This is why our head psychologist Mary Magalotti has put together a team of psychologists that are available for appointments from Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. No matter your work, study or life commitments, there will be a time you can book an in-person or telehealth appointment.

However, there are services available to help your mental wellbeing outside of these hours.

Our blog covers a range of mental health topics such as reducing the symptoms of anxiety, self-care tips between appointments and during lockdown, and many more topics. You can find a range of our blogs on our website.

Other Support

Online and phone services such as LifeLine, Beyond Blue and Headspace offer support for those who need it outside of regular operating hours.

If you call our office and leave a message one of our friendly staff will call you back. You can also book online. Taking the steps in seeking support from a professional can help put your mind at ease and give you a sense of achievement for doing the right thing by yourself and your mental health.
