Many mental health services are only available during the typical office hours. That why it is important to have strategies to help your mental wellbeing in between appointments and outside of office hours.
Our Director Jodie Brenton works to improve the accessibility of mental health support across Australia. Our head psychologist Mary Magalotti has put together a team of psychologists that have appointments from Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. At Life Resolutions, you can access mental health support in person or via telehealth to suit your preferences and schedule.
Despite this increased accessibility, it is important to know how you can take care of your mental health outside of hours. There are services available to help your mental wellbeing outside of these hours.

Online and phone services such as LifeLine, Beyond Blue and Headspace offer support for those who need it outside of regular operating hours.
